| Just export your list to AniList and use Taiga. Stop torturing yourself when there's already great options out there. The fact that there's been no updates should tell you what MAL thinks about the API. |

| Welp, at least the last version of the official app still works somehow. That said, it's not listed on Google Play and it definitely needs improvement (a dark mode, more info, etc.) in that regard, PocketMAL was way better, but unfortunately, without an API, it does not work anymore TT.TT |

Which apk version? Also does it support Manga or only Anime? I don't remember which site I got it from, but it is the latest version (0.11.13). I just googled and downloaded it when I found it. It only supports anime, which is a shame. Just keep in mind that if you don't install the latest version, it won't let you update your list. |

BUT it's a new year, new opportunities, and as someone mentioned there is a working anilist app. I guess I will move on, cause you have disappointed me so much that I won't return, unless PocketMal ever comes back, which is highly unlikely at this point, cause even that developer is probably done with this. Interesting, this is the first time I'm hearing someone criticize those sites. I don't hear much feedback about them at all (thank you). A good thing to hear tho in a way because if we can get API back, community leaders and programmers can fix MAL up something nice and possibly bring many of the users who left back. From a community standpoint I believe we're in the negative right now since SO MANY people many of us knew left after the shutdown; that hit us hard. We need the API to help recover from that. |
